How to Access COMBNavigator®

To use the COMBNavigator® application, your company must be a member of COMB and Numeris (previously BBM) and be a subscriber to the NLogic-RTS Consumer Study (NLogic's RTS data is integrated into the Navigator application).

Companies with both memberships have access to COMBNavigator® for an unlimited number of users. There are no license fees.

COMBNavigator® is a locally-residing application, accessible from the user’s desktop. The software must first be installed by your company’s IT personnel.


If your company is a COMB member, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the COMBNavigator® &/or COMB Data Report User Request Form.
  2. Once your IT department has installed COMBNavigator® to your user profile, the COMB icon will appear on your desktop. Launch the application by clicking on this icon, and log in using the information sent to you.
  3. Problems? Email support@comb.org. We’ll work on the issue and get back to you.
